Phoebe was fantastic every step of the way in our journey to marriage - she assisted in planning a beautiful and detailed ceremony in two languages which was amazing as we weren't even sure where to start. Included in the ceremony was a wonderful speech written by herself which we thought reflected our story and personalities perfectly. Phoebe also made sure all our paperwork was done correctly and on time and helped to coordinate our rehearsal too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phoebe as she went above and beyond to make us feel special!

Phoebe was lovely to work with as our wedding celebrant! We reached out to her because we needed a bilingual celebrant (English + Vietnamese), and she certainly delivered! She was bubbly and energetic, whilst also providing valuable guidance and advice to us in terms of ceremony timings, structure and flow. 🗓️ Different-Day Scheduling (Split Packages) — +$250
Can’t fit everything into one day? No problem! If your Traditional Tea Ceremony and Civil Ceremony need to be held on separate dates due to scheduling conflicts or cultural calendars, a $250 Split-Day Fee applies to cover the allocation of two calendar dates, dual travel, and separate day-of preparation.
⏳ Additional Reception/Hosting Hours — +$150 / hour
Extra time if your evening schedule runs long or you want hosting through an extended afternoon timeline.
🔊 Audio Equipment Rental (For Tea Ceremony) — +$100
Provision of a portable PA system and two wireless microphones if the family home doesn't have an audio setup.
🚗 Travel & Travel Surcharges
Applicable if the travel distance between the groom's house, bride's house, or venue exceeds your standard travel radius (quoted upon inquiry).

Ceremony Coordination: Directing the flow of events, managing the timing of the gift trays (Mâm Quả), the candle lighting ceremony, and the tea serving sequence.
Arrival & Setup (30 Mins): Arriving 30 minutes prior to the start time to coordinate with the family, review names, and check the sound system.
